FAMILY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT PROCESS
FAMILY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT PROCESS
The Family Partnership process begins during the orientation process with the completion of the Family Partnership Profile (FPP). The Family Partnership Agreement (FPA) form will be completed with your assigned Family and Community Liaison at a time that is convenient for you. Follow-up occurs several times throughout the year with your child's teacher or Family & Community Liaison. You will meet with staff to discuss one or two goals that you would like to accomplish and to develop methods and time frames to reach these goals. The Family & Community Liaisons are assigned individual classrooms and will support you and your family in reaching these goals and accessing any other resources you may need.
