Welcome families! If you are interested in placing your child on our waiting list for Early Head Start and/or Head Start, please fill out the form and provide proof of income for 30 days. If your family is receiving any public assistance like CalFresh/CalWORKs, SSI, please provide a verification letter from the county. 

 
We kindly ask that you provide your child's immunization records as well. Once we have received your information, we will be in touch with you. 
 
Please note, space are limited and is on a first come first serve basis.
