Policy Committee
The Parent Policy Committee (PC) is the Head Start & Early Head Start Policy Committee that has a shared decision-making responsibility by approving various areas of program operations. We require a parent representative and an alternative parent representative PC from each Head Start & Early Head Start class. The groups are led by Robert’s Rule of Order and based on the PC Bylaws. PC regular meetings will be held on the third Thursday of each month at 3:30 p.m. at Morey Avenue Early Childhood Development Center, 155 Morey Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95838.
